Check-in – Please arrive 15-minutes before your scheduled services to change into spa attire and fill out appropriate forms. Arriving late may deprive you of some of your scheduled service time; your services will end as scheduled. We do this as a courtesy to all guests, to help us remain on schedule. Reserving Appointments – A verifiable credit card is required when reserving services. No shows and same day cancellations are charged in full. Cancellation Policy – Please notify us immediately if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Once appointments are booked you have reserved a time slot and technicians are scheduled to perform your services. We require a 24-hours notice for cancellation of a single service and 48-hours for two or more services, to avoid services being charged to your credit card, loss of deposit or Gift Certificate Value. All no-shows and same day cancellations are charged full price. Gratuities - It is customary to leave a 15% gratuity for services rendered. Gratuities are not included in service prices; Gratuities indicate your appreciation of the unique and individual attention provided by your technician. Environment - To maintain our tranquil environment, we ask that children come only if they are receiving a service. Payment - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks and Oasis Gift Certificates. There is a $30.00 fee on all returned checks. Groups - We recommend that groups make appointments 4 – 6 weeks in advance to ensure you receive your desired appointment date and time. We require a 5-day notification of cancellation for anyone scheduled in the group to avoid full charge of spa package or services to your credit card. (Print out a Group Form from the "Oasis Reading Room".) Discounts - For monthly specials click on "Available Specials" on our Home Page (available Tuesday - Thursday only.) Because of the additional services and handling of multiple reservations and services, we do not offer a discount for groups. This is due to the additional time needed to coordinate services for all members of a larger party. Our service prices are very reasonable and an excellent value for day spas in this area. We believe you will be very satisfied by the quality of your experience at Oasis. Gift Certificates - We do not refund Gift Certificates, so please make your purchase carefully. Gift certificates expire after one year from the purchase date -- No exceptions. Gift Certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Special Services – Reserve the entire spa for corporate program events and retreats. Oasis Day Spa provides services for the bride, groom and the entire wedding party. Other special occasion events include bridal/baby showers, girl’s day out and sweet sixteen parties. What to wear - We provide all you will need for services -- a body wrap and robe for most spa services. Spa Slippers and a locker are also provided for use during your services.

" A MARRIAGE MADE IN HEAVEN (AND STARTED AT OASIS!)
While Darrin and I were dating, neither of us had ever been to a spa before and I wanted to go but not alone so I talked Darrin into going with me the summer of 2000 for a half hour massage, manicure and pedicure (for both of us). Needless to say, Darrin was VERY hesitant about getting a manicure and pedicure (because men don\'t do that...so he thought. During the time of our services, something happened with the scheduling at your spa (we didn\'t notice but the spa director did) and gave us a complimentary service! That sold us. Your customer service was wonderful!
So, we come to January 19, 2002. It was our 2 year dating \'anniversary\' and we decided that we would not give each other big/expensive gifts that year. Well, Darrin surprised me with a gift of a spa treatment at Oasis. So now I feel bad because my gift to him was nothing compared to this. My massage and pedicure were wonderful. Im pretty relaxed by now as my polish is drying as I am sitting in the dimly lit room when I notice my massage therapist walking upstairs with a sneaky grin on his face. Then I see Darrin behind him. I am clueless as to what\'s going on at this point. I thought to myself, \'Darrin is early and why is he coming upstairs\'? Darrin comes in with a card and I open it. The card had 2 pieces of the Valentine Message Heart shaped candy. I didn\'t pay attention to the candy as I was reading the card. Darrin asked me to look at the candy and I could barely read their tiny messages. One read \'I Love You\' and the other \'Marry Me\'. As soon as I read the candy, he got down on one knee. He told me he loved me and asked if I would marry him. All I could do was cry and the first thing out of my mouth was \'Are you Sure?!\' He said \'YES\' and I said \'YES\'. The owners, Roberta and Juanita were downstairs waiting with anticipation as he escorted me down the stairs. The smile on my face said it all. We were all smiling and hugging. The first thing I wanted to do after leaving the spa was to call my Mom and Dad. That\'s when he told me that they already knew that he was going to propose as he asked them both, in advance, for their Blessing. God, I love this man!
Our wedding date was set for March 2003. We enjoyed Oasis so much that prior to the wedding, I had all my bridesmaids/hostess in town for a Ladies Weekend and a day at the spa. We even celebrated our 3rd year Anniversary at Oasis. Our marriage has been wonderful and blessed. Needless to say we were back to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary.
